Everything planned down to the smallest detail

Our designer will produce fully detailed technical drawings for your project along with an itemised list of components. These will be emailed for you to look over and either approve or make any final changes necessary. Once you’re happy with the final design, the order is sent to the factory where our craftsmen will begin building your new kitchen.

Installed to the highest industry standards

Once your kitchen is built it’s time for our installation teams to take over. Fully trained and highly experienced, our kitchen fitters, builders, gas fitters and electricians will work as quickly and cleanly as possible to minimise the disruption to your home and lives.

Polite and always courteous, every tradesman we employ takes real pride in their work – ensuring your kitchen project will be finished to the very highest standards possible.

We won’t rest until you’re completely happy

We want you to be totally satisfied with the work we do. So once the installation is finished and our fitting teams have left, one of your contacts from our project management team will be in touch just to make sure you’re 100% happy with how everything’s been organised and that the finished results live up to your expectations. It’s only once we know this that we will sign the work off, completing the project and commencing your Mastercraft 25 year warranty.
