Experienced Kitchen Sales Designers (OTE £45,500 – £100,000)

We are currently seeking to expand our team with the addition of three highly experienced Kitchen Sales Designers. About You:
- Essential: Proven experience in the kitchen industry.
- Proficiency in Winner Flex CAD for kitchen design.
- Capability to acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Resilience under pressure and aptitude for meeting tight deadlines.
- A team-oriented approach, with a willingness to assist in various areas as needed.
- A full driving licence is mandatory.
Your Role:
- Conduct home visits to customers, including evening and weekend appointments, to measure and discuss needs.
- Design and sell bespoke kitchens from Mastercraft’s extensive range, using the Winner Flex CAD system for high-quality design images and virtual reality renderings.
- Must have prior experience in kitchen design (specifically Winner Flex CAD) and kitchen sales.
- Accurately price work using company price lists and process orders through our user-friendly digital format on smartphones or tablets.
- Use of personal vehicle for business purposes
Working Hours:
- Appointments are primarily scheduled when customers are available; core times:
- Monday – Friday: 11:00, 14:00, and 19:00.
- Saturday – Sunday: 11:00 and 14:00.
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Self-Employed.
- On Target Earnings: £45,500 – £100,000+ per year.
